Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time up to two weeks in advance at no charge. Substitutions can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the conference for an administrative fee of € 20,00 per person although we cannot guarantee to meet additional access or dietary requirements at this late notice.

No substitutions can be made later than 48 hours prior to the conference.
